Question 1

Are your prices final?

Accepted Answer

All listed prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Starting prices depend on scope, and every project receives a written quote before work begins.

Question 2

What counts as a website page?

Accepted Answer

Each separately navigable page — such as Home, About, Services, Gallery or Contact — counts as one page. A page can contain multiple sections. Unusual content volume or advanced functionality may need a custom quote.

Question 3

Do I have to supply my own content?

Accepted Answer

For Starter and Business packages, you supply text, images and branding. Business includes limited content refinement. Copywriting can be quoted separately.

Question 4

Is hosting included?

Accepted Answer

No. Hosting is optional and arranged or billed separately. You can use your own hosting provider, or ask about optional Ausvera-managed hosting (from $29/month incl. GST for eligible standard websites, offered only once the arrangement is verified). More demanding websites and platforms may need separately quoted hosting or platform fees. Your quote or service agreement identifies the platform, provider, account ownership, payer, costs and service limits before you commit. Standard hosting with maintenance ($79/month) starts at $108/month incl. GST; both are optional and can be cancelled without 30 days' notice, ordinarily ending at the end of the paid billing period. Where stated in your accepted quote, website packages include first-year registration of one eligible domain up to a $30 allowance, registered in your name; renewals and any costs above the allowance are disclosed and need your approval first. Nothing renews automatically without your prior agreement. Basic handover of existing client-owned files, available account/domain access and agreed deliverables is free; additional technical migration is separately quoted and approved before charges.

Question 5

Do you guarantee rankings or sales?

Accepted Answer

No. We never guarantee Google rankings, advertising results or revenue. We focus on doing professional, transparent work.

Question 6

Is ad spend included in management fees?

Accepted Answer

No. Advertising budgets are always paid separately, directly to Google or Meta.

Question 7

Can I pay online?

Accepted Answer

Online payment is not yet available. Request a quote and we'll confirm payment options in writing.

Question 8

Do you lock me into contracts?

Accepted Answer

No. Standard monthly services are month-to-month with no minimum term, billed in advance, and future renewals can be cancelled at any time, with service ordinarily continuing to the end of the paid period. Any special arrangement is agreed separately in writing before you commit.

Question 9

How do payments work for website projects?

Accepted Answer

All new Starter, Business, Premium, Website Redesign, Logo Design and other fixed-price one-time projects require 100% of the accepted quoted amount upfront before work begins. All amounts are AUD and include GST. Owner-approved milestones are an explicit exception, with written terms agreed before acceptance. Monthly services are billed in full in advance per billing period, with customer-authorised recurring payments. One-time extras require written approval and payment before extra work begins. Existing agreements retain their terms. Work starts only after the required payment is verified and project information is ready. Australian Consumer Law rights still apply — upfront payments are not automatically non-refundable.

Question 10

How long is a quote valid?
